VNR has well defined and structured sales network model. It consist of 5 tier structure where company deals through C&F / Branch and it further connects with Distributor, Retailer and Tertiary distribution. The Farmer gets products and value added services from distributor, Retailer and Tertiary distribution in direct coordination with VNR Sales team.

VNR has a strong team of 300 plus passionate, well trained and hands-on sales person, who are based across India and serving business partners and farmers. We have a solid base of 1100+ Direct business partners, who are responsible for distribution of VNR brand seeds in their area of operation through a net work of more than 50,000+ retailers.

Chayan: Bi-Annual Crop Show organized at Raipur to showcase 300+ varieties from VNR Product Portfolio. Business Partners across nation and overseas are invited at this unique crop show for demonstration and selection of variety suitable for their geography.

Mega-Crop Show: Its a season based periodical regional program organized during the onset of season.

Annual Regional Business Partner Meet: Every year, VNR regional sales head organizes this event to have a common interaction with business partners.

Utkarsh: Loyalty Management Program for Distributors. Its an annual season centric program which offer slab based trade incentives like foreign visits etc.

Unnati: Retailer’s Loyalty Management program – Its powered by Seedtrac – a QR Code based android app which enables retailers to claim and redeem points from their mobile phones.
